Train the IT Trainer
Pre-requisites
No previous experience of training is required, but those with previous IT training delivery experience will also find the course very beneficial and rewarding. especially if they have never before been trained in HOW TO TRAIN.
Participants will be expected to contribute to discussions and practical activities within a small group setting. They will have the opportunity to practise their delivery of IT training in a dedicated IT training suite and receive feedback from a qualified and experienced IT trainer.
They will also be required to complete some simple pre-course and evening activities.
Style of delivery
The course is totally interactive with practical activities carefully blended with discussion and reflection to provide a stimulating and motivating experience for all participants. |
